![]() There is no single test, like a blood test, to diagnose TS. 1Īlthough the media often portray people with TS as involuntarily shouting out swear words (called coprolalia) or constantly repeating the words of other people (called echolalia), these symptoms are rare, and are not required for a diagnosis of TS. However, many people with TS experience tics into adulthood and, in some cases, tics can become worse during adulthood. In most cases, tics decrease during adolescence and early adulthood, and sometimes disappear entirely. Even though the symptoms might appear, disappear, and reappear, these conditions are considered chronic. The types of tics and how often a person has tics changes a lot over time. They tend to improve when a person is calm or focused on an activity. Tics usually are worse during times that are stressful or exciting. The first symptoms often are motor tics that occur in the head and neck area. Symptoms usually begin when a child is 5 to 10 years of age. We are three days in now, and all is well. The main symptoms of TS are tics. The acid test is what happens afterwards - the "long run" as the Eagles coined it. Other that that, it was a fairly simple process. I finally figured out I needed to click my e-mail address to expand the options, but you need to add that step to the instructions and clarify the rest of the instructions in a bit more depth. When I arrived at the screen where I was supposed to identify what functions I wanted to synchronize all I could see at the top of each side of the options boxes was my e-mail address. ![]() You folks should sell your program to Microsoft to be included in Outlook! One hitch came up while installing SimpleSYN. The program was too complex to install and wasting my time, while Simple SYN downloaded as advertised and starting working right away. I looked at several third-party outlook calendar synchronizing solutions and even downloaded one other program. I only wish that I had discovered SimpleSYN years ago, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. I would consider myself somewhat adept at personal computing, but what about the person who has no clue and is looking for support to help setup and manage a new solution like SimpleSyn? I was a big fan of my original product, but I’m an even bigger fan of SimpleSYN now. ![]() Anyone can deliver a product with no support and leave it up to customers to figure it all out. ![]() My few questions were received and responded to immediately by SimpleSYN Support, with effective, easy to understand responses that were easy to implement. Moreover, with respect to support and the company behind the product, I cannot say enough. Unlike my other product, both the server and client side applications are lightweight and unobtrusive, and it plays well with other apps that I use in conjunction with Outlook. It basically works seamlessly in the background, but misses nothing. It was easy to install, just set it up and forget it, and even easier to use. I'm just about a week into using SimpleSYN to keep Outlook calendar and contact items synced between two computers, and I am convinced that this is the greatest piece of software that I have ever seen. Knowing nothing about SimpleSYN, I assumed that it would be on par with the other product, in terms of installation, setup, performance and support. After years of using another product, I was basically forced to use SimpleSYN, as that other product was discontinued.
